Our youngest son is a Timbit soccer player! He is definitely following in brother’s footsteps with his love of soccer.
Saturday was his first practice and game – we were so proud of him and wanted to share these special moments with you!

This past weekend we celebrated Victoria Day and had a wonderful long weekend. The weather cooperated for most of the weekend and we were able to open our pool (woohoo!!). Here is a medley of pictures highlighting our long weekend.
We were so happy that our pool had minimal cleaning to do once we pulled back the winter cover (last year the previous owner’s had closed the pool and it was just a dark, dirty mess!
We found this little guy swimming in the pool later on! He terrified me!
The hubby built himself a barbecue deck – was very proud of him!
And they surprised me with new furniture for the porch and flowers to accompany my morning coffee!
My favourite surprise was my new vegetable garden – it was so thoughtful of them! We had to move the cucumbers afterwards to their own area (who would have thought there was so much more to gardening then planting!).

The sun is finally shining and the temperature is warming up! We have been able to get out hiking more often now. We took a wonderful hike down by the waterfront and managed to snap some photographs.

This past weekend we went to watch The Backyardigans Sea Deep in Adventure through Koba Entertainment.
We were able to visit back stage before the show and meet with all the characters – what an experience!
The boys were able to meet their favourite characters.
And even show off some dance moves!

Yay for good weather! We finally have some sun and warm weather so we were able to get out and enjoy the nice weather! We set up the grill and the boys were able to pull out their favourite outside toys.
